We also understand that it can sometimes be tricky when buying clothing on the internet, so we are happy to offer a flexible return policy.
If for some reason your item is not suitable, you may return a NEW item within 7 days of receipt of purchase for an EXCHANGE, CREDIT or REFUND.
If you want to return a purchase, please email me within 48 hours of receiving the item to explain the problem. Please wait for a response before shipping the item.
The item must be in the same NEW condition in which it was sent – unwashed, unworn, unscented. Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All items come from a smoke free home. Please note that we do have a cat in our home, and although we take care to ensure she does not come into the sewing area, this may be of concern for people with severe cat allergies.
