This pretty handmade skirt is made from a lovely light white cotton with blue floral print. There is also an *applique detail on the front* left side, which consists of 3 layers of fabric appliqued into a 'flower' type design, and then *freehand embroidered* with wavy lines for a unique feature. There is a band of edging in a *complementary vintage floral* cotton around bottom edge. This skirt also has a *light cotton lining* because the fabric is so light and breezy.
