Being pregnant is one of the most precious things in the world! It’s a lovely time to revel in your femininity in a beautiful unique outfit to help you tune into the sacredness of your journey.

I’ve prewashed all my new luscious fabrics of bamboo, hemp and organic cottons and am in the process of making up some beautiful and unique ‘bongo mama’ maternity clothing inspired by the Goddess...and have just made the most gorgeous pair of pants from bamboo/elastane hand dyed and decorated with hemp leaves…they are the most comfortable pants I have ever worn – so I could not take them off and I’m not even pregnant! They are just so soft and comfy and also great for yoga or anywhere really…and look super groovy with a knee length skirt over. So I could not resist keeping these ones myself. But don’t worry, more are on the way! They have a low cut stretchy ‘v’ shape waistband at front which is nice and soft for expanding bellies, and elastic waist at back. Here is a picture, dodgy home pic and I will be doing a much better photo shoot once there are a few pieces made. Each item of ‘bongo mama’ maternity clothing is a unique original, hand dyed and hand appliqued, there will never be 2 the same!
